(The tech said his name was ANDY, not Matthew or Sean.) Andy arrived in the time window that was specified. He was very professional, friendly, easy-going, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a very big job to replace 5 GFCI and 20 non-GFCI outlets, with 14 requiring waterproof bubble boxes. He also replaced 5 sconces. He is very hard-working methodical and proficient at accomplishing these tasks, and mapped out the circuits governed by each of the GFCI's. He was meticulous in making all electrical connections and in providing a silcone sealent for all the bubble boxes and sconces very carefully as he "hates calbacks". He never seemed to stop working the entire time and has extraordinary endurance on a hot and humid day. As an added bonus, he was able to correct a problem that reoccurred every time we had a heavy rain: a short would occur and trip GFCI circuit that would not allow us to operate our garage door opener, which is a signifcant safety hazzard to 2 seniors. He was able to re-wire the 3 GFCI's governing the doors, so that the doors openers would NOT be affected if the GFCI switch was triggered. I admire Andy for his work ethic, knowledge, and experience, and will be callling your company and requesting him for all our future electrical problems.

I would highly recommend The Local Electrician to anyone who is in need of an electrician. Everyone I had contact with was friendly professional and knowledgeable. These guys know their stuff. It was past noon when I called them. They listened to me and were very honest and upfront. Sean and his team were fast and did a great job. I had some major problems inside of my house and at the box outside. I’m extremely lucky that my house didn’t burn down. Sean came in and ran a diagnostic in the house found the problem and fixed it. The next morning they were at the house early and replaced the old box with all brand new equipment and whole house surge protection. They did a great job and I could not be more pleased.
