I recently contacted The Local Electrician about an issue I was having and the person who took the call was very professional and very nice. She was able to get me scheduled with one of their electricians the very same afternoon. The electrician who contacted me was a gentleman named Sean L, and he called me about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know that he was on the way. When he got to my house, he was very courteous and professional. I explained the problem and he asked questions to learn more about the issue, and then he gave me a quote for a full diagnostic as well as a quote to fix the problem. At first, it was looking like I was going to have to go the full diagnostic route but he told me that there was just one thing he needed to check that he suspected was causing the issue and sure enough, he was right, and that ended up saving me a good little amount of money. I greatly appreciated that Sean was doing good, honest business which is not common these days. I will most definitely be calling Sean at The Local Electrician again very soon for more work. Either way, I give Sean and The Local Electrician 5 stars and would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs electrical work done.
